(Settlor & Managing Trustee)
Subhajit Roy, by education a Business Management professional, is the visionary founder of KALI Trust. With over 14 years of corporate experience and a deep commitment to education and social reform. He along with his like-minded friends, established the trust to empower underprivileged communities through Education, Healthcare, and Sustainable Livelihood opportunities.
As the Settlor and Managing Trustee, Subhajit provides strategic leadership to ensure the trust remains focused on long-term impact and community-driven change. He actively collaborates with government bodies, NGOs, and grassroots organizations, advocating for social justice, fundamental rights, and sustainable rural development. His expertise in policy advocacy and rural development strengthens the trust’s mission to create lasting societal transformation.

Tapas Maity
(Trustee – Healthcare & Public Health)
Tapas Maity is dedicated to Healthcare Accessibility for underserved populations. He leads initiatives such as Disaster Relief, Free Medical Camps, Charitable Hospitals, and Public Health Awareness Programs, ensuring that communities have access to Quality Healthcare and Wellness Services.

Suman Maity
(Trustee – Education & Vocational Training)
Suman Maity plays a key role in Education and skill development programs. He oversees the establishment of Schools, vocational training centers, and literacy programs, ensuring that young individuals and marginalized communities receive the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.

Tanmay Das
(Trustee – Social Welfare & Women Empowerment)
Tanmay Das focuses on Women’s empowerment and social welfare initiatives. He works closely with Self-help groups (SHGs), Livelihood training programs, and Community outreach efforts to support financial independence and leadership development among women.

Amit Jana leads initiatives in Animal Welfare and Environmental Conservation. His work includes Rescue and Rehabilitation of Stray Animals, Wildlife Protection Programs, and Sustainable Environmental Projects to create a more compassionate and eco-conscious society.
